MKE Capital Management brings together a variety of professional business experience into one location. MKE was originally formed in 1993 and has been providing consulting and business services for 28 years. The team has an aggregate 70 years of business experience in various fields. Martin Kroesche, President and CEO: Martin has been a serial Entrepreneur with numerous start-up businesses and acquisitions under his belt. While in college studying business management, Martin commenced his business career founding Peak Capital Corporation (Peak) in 1989. Peak was in the business of purchasing asset backed bulk receivable portfolios. In 1996, the Company was sold to principles of a San Antonio based public company. For the following 4 years Martin worked for the acquisition group. Martin has also developed finance experience in Oil and Gas Services, Medical and Surgical Practices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Medical Finance.

Loretta L. Higgins, CPA, PhD: Loretta L. Higgins, PhD, CPA began working with Martin Kroesche in 2012 at Cinch Energy Services, LLC. She has over 25 years experience working with small and medium size businesses. After obtaining her BAS from Davenport University in 2001, she relocated to Texas. Dr. Higgins earned her PhD in 2019. She has worked in the Public Accounting, Oil and Gas, Medical/Surgical, Construction, and Manufacturing industries. Her specialties include internal control establishment and helping companies to resolve complex accounting and tax issues. Dr. Higgins is Dean of the Business and Continuing Education of Barnham Seminary College

Karina Velez: Karina received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2017 and went on to receive her Master's of Science in Accounting (MSA) also from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2018. While pursuing her MSA Karina joined the team as a part-time intern. Upon graduation she was thrust into the business world managing operations with Oil Field Service Companies, Medical Practices and several small retail and finance businesses. Karina is currently the Company's Controller and Operating Officer.

Paul Kirklin, Attorney: Paul Kirklin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas in 2001 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the University of Houston. He also received his Masters of Science in Finance in 2010, also from the University of Houston. Paul puts great importance on being able to provide his clients with outstanding customer service. He strives to be attentive and polite to his clients, and he knows that his clients need a lawyer who can guide them step by step through complex legal matters related to their business. He has handled cases involving complicated commercial litigation in the oil and gas industry, as well as real estate, construction, and shareholder disputes. His vast experience with all forms of litigation have helped him to hone his skills for the particular area of business litigation, and as an experienced lawyer, he is a great legal asset for any Texas business.
